What will happen if the host cancels my booking or no-show?

Hosts will be subject to fines plus suspension, without prejudice to total ban from Mobii vehicle rental platform.
Renters can immediately contact Mobii customer service for an immediate rebooking in lieu of that cancelled booking by the host or for any other assistance you might need.
